
MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the DisciPlan Inc. software program is to provide the utmost user-friendly, comprehensive, and consistent system of employee corrective action, for the purpose of reducing violations of personal conduct, to provide a valuable tool to management in the litigation process, and to educate and nurture employees into becoming valuable assets of the organization.
PROGRAM FEATURES
Employee Master File for complete documentation of the total disciplinary history of all employees.
Incident Investigation Report for compilation of all documentation relating to a specific violation of personal conduct.
Witness Statement documentation of all persons having information relative to the incident under investigation.
Violation Data Base with descriptions of all possible violations of personal conduct, rules and regulations.
Corrective Action Guidelines and subsequent levels of discipline.
Interacting Data Bases which will automatically adjust levels of discipline due to multiple violations of personal conduct, frequency of occurrences and probation status for related and non-related offenses.
Corrective Action Notice to be utilized to initiate employee counseling and implement the progressive discipline procedure.
Disciplinary Letters of informal counseling, oral reprimand, written warning, written reprimand, probation, suspension, demotion and termination of employment.
Termination Checklist to ensure that all terminations of employment are handled in the proper manner.
