Q. Will this software prevent me from being sued by a disgruntled employee?
A. The “DisciPlan” software can not prevent employee litigation. However, if this program is utilized as designed you will be in a much better posture to handle the litigatory process with a system of consistent discipline and total documentation of all aspects of the corrective action process.
Q. My manufacturing process is very technical and I need to have employees follow extremely strict rules and procedures. Can this program be adapted to such an environment?
A. The “DisciPlan” program will function as designed with any industry, regardless of its size, complexity, or stringency of its policies and procedures. Special features can be added at the request of a client before implementation of the program, with additional cost factors being reflected in the request for quote on licensing fees.
Q. My company has over 500 business locations scattered throughout the country. How does this program work with such a widespread organization?
A. The “DisciPlan” program is designed to function using a single administrator of the program. In the majority of applications, each business location will have an administrator of the program, with the documentation being forwarded to a central location if necessary. Due to the numerous types of networking systems available, installations of the program for companies desiring a network application would be discussed on a case by case basis.
Q. Is it possible to receive a teleconference demonstration after normal work hours?
A. DisciPlan Inc. will provide a teleconference demonstration at the convenience of any prospective client regardless of the difference in time zones, day of the week or time of day.
